01 — Why we exist
Video courses, AI tutors, and an infinity of PDFs are easy to come by. Reps are not, the actual minutes spent with the instrument under your hands, the editor open, the words leaving your mouth. Immersh puts that practice back in the middle of the lesson, so you do the work as you are being taught, and return to it, deliberately, until the skill is yours.

Everything we build is downstream of these. If we ever ship a feature that contradicts one, we got the feature wrong.

It's better to know thirty things cold than three hundred things vaguely. We'd rather a learner master one chord progression than survey ten. Memory is built by return visits, not first impressions.
Software amplifies teachers, it doesn't replace them. The voice in every lesson is a working professional, someone who actually plays, ships, or speaks the thing being taught. The platform is the studio, not the star.
Hours watched is a vanity number. Lessons completed is a vanity number. The metric we care about is whether the learner can still do the thing weeks and months later, long after the course feels finished.
