Immersh is designed for FERPA compliance. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is restricted by role, and the platform supports data export and deletion on request. Immersh collects only the minimum personal information needed to operate. All data is hosted in the United States, and Immersh will never sell or share user data with third parties.
